Yahoo! 360° combines Yahoo! Groups, Yahoo! Photos, My Yahoo!, Yahoo! Messenger and a new blogging feature. I find it similar to MSN Spaces, but it seems to be lacking on the customization end. I think Yahoo! 360° is really only for non-technically savvy users (like Xanga). A big problem is that I can't write any posts because there is an error when I try to enter text (maybe a Firefox error). Currently it is invite only.
