To the citizens of the United States of America, In the light of your failure to elect a suitable President of the USA and thus to govern yourselves, we hereby give notice of the revocation of your independence, effective today.

This is so funny. Had me laughing for hours. It is like a letter from the British HO to the American populace stating how they must alter themselves so they can be ruled as part of Britain. It is pure generalising, so take no offense, American readers.
